Join us on the fourth weekend of each month for Yoga Studies & Immersions: taught in a weekend intensive format & intended to give your practice or your teaching greater depth.
Location: Jeweled Lotus tm Yoga, 104 S. 2nd Street, Leesburg, Florida The Teachers: Saraswati Devi & Vaz Rogbeck of PranaVinyasa based in Tampa/Lutz, Florida. Sara and Vaz have studied with some of the world’s most well-known and knowledgeable teachers including Shri K. Pattabhi Jois, Swami Bua, Rodney Yee, Patricia Walden, Esther Myers, Bryan Kest, David & Doug Swenson, Seane Corn, Nischala Joy Devi, and more. Kellie Adkins is a graduate of the PranaVinyasa 500-hour Therapeutic Yoga Immersion program and is a health educator with a Master of Science in Food & Nutrition Science and Health Promotion.
Discussion and questions are an important component in the weekend intensives, and as such, contributions from students are always welcome.
Weekend Intensive Meeting times (subject to change): Friday 6:00-9:30 PM Saturday 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM Sunday 10 AM - 7 PM
Style of Yoga: Sara & Vaz's teaching style is a multidisciplinary blend of alignment-based Hatha yoga postures with strong roots in the Ashtanga Vinyasa system. Breathing practices, anatomy, meditation techniques, and wellness training are also main components of the training. Master teachers Sara Devi and Vaz Rogbeck have over 60 years of combined experience in the yogic disciplines and draw from a variety of Hatha yoga styles, teaching influences, and philosophies. Students participating in the weekend intensives will learn the principles and methodology of Ashtanga yoga, Vinyasa/Power yoga, and Iyengar yoga, among others.

Cost (subject to change): If you would like to participate in all 9 weekend intensives, please reserve your spot early by submitting the registration fee of $45, the down payment of $255, and the application as soon as possible. The cost of the each weekend intensive is $180 and you must submit payment one week in advance.
