Read David's story:

I began private yoga sessions last January with Kellie’s instructions. I’ve received unexpected benefits. This may be a life long practice now. For years I’ve known the need to stretch. My orthopedist told me that years ago.  That was too boring. As an aerobic exerciser since 1972, biking, swimming and running was all I enjoyed.  My daughter, Amy, and her young friends who were doing triathlons and marathons persuaded me to try Yoga.  Now I’m hooked. I still bike and swim (no running on a bad knee) but yoga is the primary program now. Added benefits beyond improved flexibility are: strengthening, endurance (with less sweat) and surprise lower cholesterol just to name a few.  My cholesterol has always been good but my total dropped 30 points due to yoga.  Thanks Kellie!
